Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 23 August 2026. Short version: cancel whenever you like, keep access until the period you paid for ends, and never lose your data.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the console. No phone call, no email, no retention conversation.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not cut off access immediately — you keep full use of your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your workspace moves to the free tier.
2. Refunds
Free trial
Trials require no payment method. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. If a trial ends and you do nothing, you are simply moved to the free tier.
Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current month. You keep access until the month you paid for ends. Because the commitment is only ever 30 days, cancelling is the remedy.
Annual plans
- Within 14 days of your first annual payment: full refund, no questions asked. This is a genuine cooling-off period — an annual plan is a real commitment and you should be able to change your mind.
- After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable. You keep access for the remainder of the year.
- The 14-day window applies to your first annual payment, not to each renewal. We email before every renewal so it is never a surprise.
When we will refund regardless
We will refund, in full or pro-rata as appropriate, if:
- you were charged in error, or charged twice;
- you were charged after cancelling;
- a prolonged failure on our side made the service substantially unusable for you;
- we terminate your subscription for a reason that is not your breach of the Terms of Service — in which case we refund the unused portion.
We will not refund where an account is terminated for breach of the Terms, or for non-use — an unused subscription is still a subscription.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You pay the difference, pro-rated for the remainder of your current period.
Downgradingtakes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for. Note that a lower plan has lower limits — fewer field agents, retailers, entities or bank accounts, and fewer features. If you are over the new plan’s limits at renewal, you will need to reduce usage or stay on the higher plan. Nothing is deleted because of a downgrade; access is limited, not destroyed.
4. Your data on cancellation
We never delete your data as a penalty. After cancellation you keep read and export access for 30 days, then your workspace is held dormant for a further 90 days in case you come back. After that it is deleted, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Full detail in Terms §14 and Privacy §9.
Export your data before the 30 days elapse if you are leaving. We are happy to help you do it.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We process approved requests within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. We cannot speed that part up.
Refunds are of the amount actually paid. Where GST was charged, the refund includes it, and a credit note is issued.
6. Requesting a refund
Email our billing contact with the email address on the account, the invoice or payment reference, and what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
If we say no and you think that is wrong, reply and say so — a person will look at it again.
