What to expect

• Billing — within two business days.
• Privacy and grievance requests — acknowledged promptly, resolved within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Security reports— we will acknowledge within two business days. Please give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it, and never test against another customer’s data.

Something is broken and money is involved

If you think Settlio is showing you a wrong figure, or a collection or deposit has gone missing, email support with “URGENT” in the subject, plus the date, the entity, and the amount. Do not close the day until we have looked at it. Your audit trail is preserved either way — nothing in Settlio is silently overwritten.
